A Spokane local, I started Stay Awhile Spokane LLC, a boutique short term vacation rental company serving the Inland Northwest (including the greater Spokane area and northern Idaho) in 2016 together with my husband, a professor at a local university. What began as one short term rental unit, has since grown into us owning five vacation homes in the Spokane Area. We’ve been featured in local news and selected as an Airbnb “Designer” home, “Guest Favorite” as well as maintained “SuperHost” status since our first year in business. In 2023 we began to offer our services to locals looking to capitalize on the short term rental market and avoid the headaches of LTR through short term rental staging, set-up and co-hosting.
